OUR POLICIES
Rental Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Additional documentation may be required.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery and pickup in both Montreal and Toronto. Fees apply depending on location and distance.
Mileage Limits
Rentals include a standard daily mileage allowance. Additional mileage may be charged at a per-kilometer rate.
Insurance
Coverage
All renters must have valid insurance that covers rental vehicles. Optional coverage available on our site during check-out.
Cancellation
Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Late Return
Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges. Please notify us in advance if you need to extend your rental.
Same-Day Rental Availability
Same-day rentals are available based on vehicle availability. We recommend booking as early as possible.
Fuel
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level they were delivered with. A refueling fee applies if the tank is not filled.
CHAUFFEUR SERVICES
Private chauffeur services can be available for select vehicles and must be booked in advance. Additional fees apply.
