FAQ’s

  • Yes, renters must have valid insurance. Coverage may be available when booking.

  • Yes, vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level they were provided to you at. A refuelling fee may apply if not.

  • You are responsible for any scratches, dents, or interior mess. Fees may apply if the vehicle is not returned in the same condition it is provided to you in.

  • Yes, we deliver in Montreal and Toronto. A delivery fee will apply. A minimum of 24 hours notice may be needed to assign a driver for your booking.

  • There is no grace period. A full day’s rental fee is charged for late returns. Multiple late returns may affect future rentals.

  • No smoking or pets are allowed in our vehicles. A cleaning fee applies for smoking or pet violations.
